It means there is a high bar, but there may be other people using it or it may not be up, i would probably say i can use it 75+% of the time

Can't say i'm not satisfied with it - i'll try to get my hands on BTB, but i'd probably have to order it from the US... till then im still open to suggestions

Individual training

Hello, i am a 16 year old high school student who, like everyone else, wants to get better at pole vaulting. I am not very experienced, but i do have some experience - with a running coach however, so not a lot of actual technique or pole vault drills. Now i have returned to my home country, Denmark...

it's a possibility but i'd have to run almost 2 miles to get there, and then have 2 miles uphill home - also i hate getting sand in my shoes cause they're worn out enough already ;)

Don't have access to mats yet, and i try to run on grass as much as possible
