At my league championship meet this weekend jumped a huge PR of 14'6" which bests my previous of 13'4". heres the video, add your thoughts and advice please

best way to stop looking at the bar
My coaches and i have noticed something and that is that when i get my hands to my legs and should straighten out, i "peak" or look at the bungee or bar. I've been trying to not do this and ive had a few jumps were i dont and those usually are the ones that i clear the bar by a good amount...

i have quite a wide array of poles available to me, not entirely sure exact #s right now but basically most poles in the 13'7-14'7 150-185 pacerfx, skypole, and spirit range

ive been having trouble all summer with this and my coaches and i have been working on it alot, but i cant seem to finish my jumps. I get feet to the top of the pole and sart to row through but i row off to the side, away from my body and never really get fully inverted. so what im asking is how can...
