I hope my son gets to vault for him. He is looking into SIU, we just got back from a campus visit, missed Brian by minutes at the track. He was off to new staff orientation or something like that.

My track coach in HS ran daily, too. He would run in his regular clothes. He had many championship XC, indoor and outdoor teams over his career. Crap... now I have to get out and run...

I vaulted in high school. I just completed my HS coaching certificate and volunteer coach my son at the high school level (at his request). Looking forward to learning all the nuances of coaching the sport I loved the most, back in the day.
