Im only 5'3 but i've still got a long way to go until i catch up to the big girls. Its all about the speed and the technique. Girl or guy..there is no magical connection b/w...

You know Miramonte took the boys PV again at MT. SAC this year. HAHA. Yeah graham and I took it again in LA. I think he jumped 15 by about a foot all the way around. It was cool..you should have been there! LOL Ill talk to you later.....

I'm agreeing with vaultguru ;) and my fresno buddy mike on this one. Bob Slover is no doubt one of the best coaches in the world...although he is extremely humble and doesn't admit to it. In just 3 months of jumping under Slov i've gone from a consistent 12-footer to a 13'4.5 nat'l record. Coach say...
