the video is pretty good for the most part however, im guessing the dvd got damaged while shipping, skips every now and then in the beginning. great music but yeah, more girls!!! and maybe not so much on the next one :)

better take-0ff...a guy weighiung 130 should be able to jump 150 no problem

stick with it ;) believe me, going to a smaller pole after a bigger one will change your jump completely. i grip 14' 170 and weigh 150. get a good plant and hold your take-off a bit longer will help you penetrate fine

i would like to point out that you can find a guy weighing well over 250 pounds hitting a 90 mph fastball and drive really fast while the chances of him going over 15 is slim. Conclusion, you don't have to be in shape to drive or hit a baseball. I'm pretty sure returning a 130 mph tennis ball succes...
