What kind of excersises do you do to really work your legs not like your calfs or shins but more of your upper legs like thighs area?

That movie was really funny you do feel kind of bad abot laughing at them but its so hard not to laugh

When i was like 7 i triend to pole vault using a clothes ling pole the metal ones unfortinatly it didnt work to good i bent the pole and still to this day that pole has a kink in it. -my mom wasnt to happy.

Our distance team plays once a week its so much fun i love playing espically when we play guys vs. girls because we always kick there butt
