Push ups are great when there is no gym around but push-ups only work for endurance. Bench is the only way to get stronger when you do heavy weight like 3 to 5 reps with whatever weight you can do for that many reps. I do like the 1 pull up 3 push up excercise. I've had that happen to me even slide boxing. All I can say is to just wait it out. No slide box or any vaulting til your shoulder feels better. Try stretching your shoulders or do those arm rotations.
well, you can lay on the floor and do leg lifts where you uh, well its self-explanatory.
Those help alot especially its a good workout to start with if you are not good with the bubkas.
