Easy enough to smash out the asphalt where the Anchor bolts are going to go, remove the rocks etc then either use a post hole borer or hand dig holes around 1.5 feet deep by 8x8inches wide should be enough obviously the wider you go the stronger it will be. If your confident enough put bolts in when...

Manufacturers can make to suit. E.g. every mat I have made for us is done to 4inches (100mm, 10cm) Obviously you will pay more but the top pad will last longer and not break up as quick as one under 2inches, and the foam materials will be of a better quality. 2 inches is fine though any smaller and ...

How does that work with the stand down period from switching coutries???

I thought there was a 3 year standdown for an International athlete, who has competed at (A level) International meets.

Will this make her eligable for 2012?

Does anyone know how this works?

Yeh something not right with Hooker? Saw him stretching his Hammy's before maybe from waiting for all the other on 5.70? He doesn't look the same as he was at 5.55 and 5.70
