i have a 15' 145 lb pacer fx that hasn't really ben used. I tried to jump on it but could not penetrate.

how much of a difference is it between a 14'6" 140lb and a 15' 145lb pole? i am on the 14'6" pole and the 15' is the next pole up that we have.

is ragsdale 3a or 4a?

Hey guys i P.R.'d by 3" at the UNCW invitational last Saturday. I jumped 13'6" and placed 2nd to a 14'3" jump. I am actually getting 2 more pole to use for the rest of the season that are 6" and 1' longer than the one im on. The full results are on www.ncpreptrack.com under the Seahawk relays

whenever i try to trun, i either shoot into the crossbar or i turn to late and im already over the bar when i start my turn, causing me to hit the crossbar with my hip. what can i do to help that get fixed?

none taken. thats how i learned to jump so that is probably why i can't clear 14' but i will do what i can to learn from everything that is on here and become a better vaulter

Hey thanks for fixing the site link ashcraft. im not very computer literate. i have been trying to correct my run up and plant and my run is definitley bettre but im not sure about the plant. i have a meet today so i will get some video and post it tomorrow.

Ryan oakes from white oak who placed third at states indoor sprained his wrist and broke his pole so he out for a while

anybody have any good jumps for the first little bit of outdoor? im still clearing 13' with ease but struggling going higher

how often do they show pv on t.v.? and when will the next invitational be televised?
