Even know the minoz is lighter the reebok is still a better shoe as everyone said it keeps you on your toes which will help you power and speed

It will be super exspensive to get a pole that fast it took a week for my school to get our poles

i guess i am just weid the only thing i had when i started was blisters and they didn't last long. but i have some scars on my legs from spikes

Becca is right i have a pair of Nike Zoom TJ/PV they are really nice and only cost $30 but i got mine free

I am in maryland and in the winter we pole vaulted when it was like like 30 degrees out i would recomend the same under armor top and bottom and throw a sweatshirt and on when you don't jump thats what i did. i also used sweats and was fine.
