Wow, this place is awesome. I heard about it down in Arkansa in EB's camp. I think its soo cool how there is actually a place where I can talk about vaulting with other people than my two teamates. Right on!

I've been wearing ankel weights a lot when I run or do any training. I think its really going to help my vaulting this season. I always lacked in the ability to jump verticly.

I'm a sophomore as of this year and my season is just about to start. I'm jumping 10'5" easily but I want that extra foot. Will going verticle get me it? What are the secrets, if any?
