Ya anything would help, ya the problem is most the stuff i have found is about 1 half two hours away, like i have a friend that said i could come down and vault with him a UF, but its a drive. I'll be in an athletes in training program there but not sure if there going to let me vault there yet, but...

I live in Indiana but i have an intern spot at Universal Studios in Orlando Florida for the summer and looking into if there is any clubs or teams down there that i could train with or get a hold of to vault.

A few other things to consider as well is is your bottom arm is collapsing at take off (which also might lead to that double swing kinda double jerk in a couple of your vaults), push that arm up swing fast and bring your top arm to your ankles and push the hips up(not dropping them as soon as your i...

only thing i can really see besides pumping the pole(which is ok if its going up and down a little just not back and forth), is you drop off the pole a little early stay back just a little longer and get the full benefit of the pole and enjoy the ride.

Also when you carry the pole behind you, make sure your hand is on or by your hip this will also set up the plant better. That way you'll be straight at plant rather than under and possibly leaning back.
