I have a calcium deposit on the top of my right hand...not quiet on my wrist, its about an inch from it. it hurts pretty bad when i jump, anyone got any ideas on how to get rid of it? besides putting my hand on a table and smashing it with a book? ( thats what everyone keeps telling me to do)

I've been working out REALLY hard the last few months and doing abit of sprinting here and there, i just started vaulting two weeks ago and im doing really good so far, except for my whole leaning back at take off deal but my question is its december 1st...sshould i continue to lift heavy in the gym...

So what division you all jumping in? i'll be in open men, not sure where i'll be ( open men II, III, IV) but im jumping 16'- 16'6" so let me know who i'll be jumping against this year!

My mid mark is at 35 and right now im gripping 14' 3, during season im gripping 14' 10

OK so i just started jumping after a few months of being off and everything in my jump seems to be going well except! when iam about 3 strides out from my plant iam leaning back and i end up planting with my back actually leaning away from the box instead of driving towards it, what is my deal? and ...
