is it possible to go to college in one school but vault for another?
(sorry i dont know anything about college things but im trying to figure
out ways in which i can still vault,,, im thinking of camps as well)

oh snap i had the same problem past couple weeks but after a about a week of epsom salt baths, light massages, those muscle pain creams/patches, a lot of rest it went away... the CVS lady told me to ice first 24 hours and then use heat compresses for the following 24... google was also a big help......

I would start on the smaller one, when things are clicking, hit the bigger one.

i agree, i think its far more important to work on the approach/takeoff than worrying over which poles you should spend time on... but then to start off its best to start low... take baby steps
