STOP STRESSING!!!! That will do nothing to help....some people don't believe in thsi type of stuff but alot of doctors think that a positive mind set can help start healing quicker and make it more efficient. Ummmm..... sort of. Our field events are all really strong and so is our long distance. Our sprinters are not the greatest but aren't too bad. We sent most of our field athletes to CIF last year so that is definetly our strength.

I know a vaulter who had the problem with throwing the head back during the vault. He wore a helmet and his dad taped a little stick with a point to the back middle part of the helmet. Every time he threw his head back, the stick poked him! He stopped doing it...it hurt! :confused: LOL!!!!! Sorry I...

I've recieved some of those but not for my vaulting. (Last season was my first and I only got 13' so I need to get better this year!) I have disregarded most of them mainly because they are not from schools that I am interested in.

Personally, it has made me alot less cautious about trying things I am not familiar with. I have always been outgoing and liked trying new things but pole vaulting forced me to leave all of my worries at the beginning of the runway and just go all out all the time!
