lol i was just bragging about my 13' PR as a freshman. but i assume hes been doing it since he was like 10 years old. as for me ive never done it before.

i had that same problem. sounds like you might be trying to swing to early. my coach had me a drill where you try and keep your trail leg back throughout the whole vault. im not sure how to spell the name of it... a hugion? that helped me be more concious about my trail leg, then i could consontrait...

yeah, thats what happend to me, as it began to uncoil, it snapped. my coach said it probably had a stree fracture or a spike hole.
after is snapped i landed on my head and slid into the box....
