i usually improve the most right after season is over and it really helps for next season if you can get your coach to practice in the summer and pre-season. see if your coach is willing to, or try to find a local club that practices in the summer. weight lifting is also good, sprinting, anything th...

what brand of poles do you guys use? for what step, height, etc, etc? do you like essx or spirits more? which rollover better? just wondering b/c i jump on spirits for the smaller part of my series and i love them, but when i go to my larger poles, essx, they seem to just mush out and not roll over ...

to tie or not to tie . ..

when do they count misses before your final height?
im a little confused: at arcaida they tied everyone that jumped 12 in 3rd place, disregarding misses at 12 and previous heights, and at mt sac, they counted the misses on previous heights as well as final heights. . .
