Thanks. To CHC04Vault, the sand was really bad where I was jumping. I think that if I learn how to land, then I won't ever land the way that I did when I broke my foot. How wide to grip
I was just wondering how far apart your hands should be when holding the pole. I've heard from about making your arms a 90 degree angle to the length of your forearm. Thanks
