Question: Kicking off a crossbar
The highest i've vaulted this season was 12'6'' two weeks ago, which was our last varsity meet. Yesterday my coach set a bar at 16' for me to kick off and after a number of tries I finally kicked it off . If i'm able to knock down a 16' bar, what height should I be able to clear? Thanks!!!
