What do you guys all do when the bar is low and you're waiting for your turn to jump? warming up
How do you warm up? I don't think my warm up routine is working out for me and I am curious as to what everybody else does for their warm ups. I usually run about 400m worth of follow the leader (it makes the warm up jog fun) then stretch. Then I get on the runway, do maybe 2-3 straight pole drills....
