Is there a tie breaker to arrive at the 48 women pole vaulters for the Regional Qualifying list? If so, is it the same as the Indoor National Qualifying list tie breaker?

I have seen many coaches/treammates video tape the pole vault competition right next to the runway/takeoff area and also outside of the infield from the stands. If rest is not an option, I would be sure to warm up the area with massage and moist heat prior to training. I would ice it after training. "You Tube" KT Tape Turf Toe. This product and procedure works very well.

"All-Time" lists should include indoor marks: Joe Wesley 16'-10.25" on 2-2-08 at U. of Akron is the highest high school mark for the state of Michigan. He also jumped 16'-8.75" on 1-26-08 at Indiana U.
