Why dont you just duct tape your pole back together, i did it to mine. The only problem is that you have to use lots of tape and now my pole is very heavy.

Head Wind

I live in Michigan and lately it has been very windy. Our mats are set up so you run south down the runway, but the wind is always blowing north. I was wondering if the wind usually just blows in a random direction or if their is a certain way it usually blows. Today the wind was 15 mph going north ...

I was using a 14-9 pacer with a flex of 18.5. I held down about a foot on it and i was getting good penetration. But this new pole feels stiffer then the 14-6 i was using.

Bent left arm

Everytime i vault i bend my left arm, and i dont know why. I try to plant the pole as high as possible but when the pole hits the back of the box my arm bends. Right now i am using a 14-6 pacer and im not having any problems with penetration. I was wondering if it matters that much if a vaulter bend...

Who would charge people money to watch a stupid pole vault video? 40 dollars is a lot of money. you would really have to be obsesed with pole vaulting (or very rich) to become a member there anyways.

Types of Poles

I prefer Pacers because I think they are easier to use. But i havent really tried all the types of poles. I want to know which pole is your favorite.

my take off may be the problem. When i plant the pole my left arm always bends. I think it may be because my pole is stiff but its probably because i need to practice more.
