Hey im pretty sure that the vaulters from my school would be interested in vaulting w/ you in the summer/joining the club. Post more additional information so we can see whats going on.

New Spikes...
I know there are alot of individual topics on a few of the spikes but im still unsure which to buy. Currently im looking at the spikes available from eastbay.com and was wondering if you could post your opinions on any of the spikes if you own them or heard of them. Thanks

sry for the late reply and i hate to make excuses for our low qualifying standards but we really are a small state and with the limited vaulting facillities that delaware provides its already hard enough to get a decent number of vaulters. Thanks for the responses I'll try and talk to the school to allow some of our former vaulters who attend a nearby university and see if that'll work and i'll also take a look at hip athletics as well, my main concern was that when it starts to get cold we have to practice inside and since basketball...

Basically the situation is that our pv coach from spring is the Head Coach for winter track and only has 1 other coach to assist him. The way he spreads himself around he doesnt leave much time for the vaulters and the drills that we do NOT involving the pit are unsupervised. Im a 17 year old senior...

Pole transition
i was just wondering what would be a good transition for a person using a 13 165 to a 14 foot pole, my coach thinks im ready to move to a higher grip but all we have is a stiff 14 150 so we have to either borrow or trade for a better pole so any suggestions would be a big help. oh yeah i jumped 12' ...
