Vaulted today and filmed a few jumps. I've been using a 13' 150 spirit holding at 12'6 running from 70' then i started getting too far back and overbending the pole, but I think thats from how I swing. Thats a video of me vaulting a month ago, is being under like that ruining my swing and making my elbow go so far out?

I'm confused, so the bottom arm always breaks to the outside when stiff vaulting then when you drop your shoulders you move the bottom arm to the inside? What about when you're bending a pole that you can't plant vertically, your bottom arms goes against the pole and you pull it in when your finishi...

Then how do i properly turn and get inverted when I'm blocking myself?

Well had a practice meet on thursday, prd at 11 feet and got 3rd place. Almost got out at 10 feet and pretty much did whatever to get over, then cleared 10'6 and 11' easily but didn't really have a chance at 11'6. About 5'9" and 135 pounds. Started to use the 13'7 from a 6 step but it has a weird bend.

Well it's official I can't use the 13' 140 anymore, from a 5 step it's going past 90 degree angle and going more horizontal than vertical.
