u must get 1st or 2nd @ sectionls &/or jump 8'6" (thats just 4 this year tho the height will most likely go up by next yr)
for class AA..
u must get 1st or 2nd @ sectionals &/or jump 9'6"(will change by next yr like class A).

my grip is about a foot to a foot and a half apart(b4 the coach told me it was prob about two-two and a half feet apart)

i used to hav a problem getting inverted(well as close as it is 4 me) and one of the coaches told me to move my bottom hand closer to my top hand. and it worked! i jumped a foot higher in 2ish meets!

i hav been jumping since the end of october of 2003. i am a freshman in illinois in the classA division. our state is this friday and saturday. i hav a pretty good chance at being in the top 3 or even winning! but that is if i can clear 10'6"(my pr) so here is my problem i hav cleared 10'6" one time...

i would say put the bar at like 10' and the bungee at 11' it might take ur mind off the bar and think about getting over the bungee!

i cross my arm over in front of my head whenever i plant. This causes me to jump to one side, causing me to not jump higher. It jsut seems the higher i try and clear the worse it gets. Can anyone help me fix this? Any help soon will be good! i hav state on friday and saturday of this week! so plz an...
