Weight
I gained 10lbs over the past summer and feel that if i lose this weight, I will be able to jump better. I weight 140lbs and am 5'7" female. What is the best way to lose this weight? I have been trying for a while, but nothing seems to successfully work...

Summer Training?
Does anyone know of any pole vaulting camps during the summer in the south eastern region (Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana etc...)?

Re: Getting inverted
I will try and upload a video soon. I am still having trouble with the plant. I am dropping my pole way to early and taking a few steps with it above my head...can't seem to figure out how to drop the pole later.

Re: Getting inverted
Unfortunately I do not have a video yet. I know I am having trouble planting a few steps too early. How is this fixed? Also, I am a left handed vaulter
