Need help with top end...
Here's a video of my last practice. Can somebody name some good exercises to improve top end of the vault. I just can't get my hips up and my bar clearence is just awful.

I bought it last summer but started using it this winter. So it was still a brand new pole. I hope the same thing will not happen with my next carbon

On that day it was the first jump so it couldn't hit the standards. And there were no visual scratches os something. It was just so strange that it broke from that place.

Broken Carbon defect?
Hy,
I broke a carbon pole yesterday but it broke from such a wierd place that i suspect it was a defected poled. It was the second jump on that pole so it was a brand new pole.
It was 5.00/18.6 pole.

At todays practice i managed to move my take-off point back about 10-20cm. And it was a whole different thing, the take-off was much easier and so the swing and everything was better. Still not good but some improvements. Also switched to 4.90/180/19,2 Spirit pole with 4.65 grip. the 175 got really ...
