Who has successfully done it? Who is in the process of changing? What were/are some of your trials and tribulations? How did you overcome them? One year ago I came to pvp and had my whole concept of vaulting turned upside down by this forum, especially Roman's Pole Vault Menifesto and his 6.40 model...
