With the women's qualifications going today, I'd just like to point out that Vicky Parnov, Australia, had her personal best of 4.15m (13'7 3/4") on July 5, 2005. She will celebrate her 15th birthday on October 24th!

Parnov is the only 12-year-old I have on my Young Vaulter's list, since the list only goes down to 3.60m, which Vicky cleared on 12 April 2003. As a 13-year-old, she had 3.70m.

With me being metrically impaired and unable to put my hands on my book, I notice she has been flirting with jumping her age. It would be extremely impressive to jump her age this summer. Has any female jumped her age yet? I don't recall any.
