Hello
I just bought this pole from UCS this summer and jumped on it and it was too small, i'm looking to sell the pole and will be attending the pole vault summit next weekend if anyone is interested on buying the pole off me there to avoid any shipping costs. I would like to get around 350 dollars for it, but the price is negotiable. If anyone is interested my email is
doug.creighton@gmail.com. The specs are 15'7 180 19.6 flex and it has only been used for less then 10 jumps

I would call UCS... 19.6 for a 15'7" 180 sounds awfully light... UCS 15'1" 180s are around 16.0 and and 16'1" 180s are around 18.2ish... it doesn't seem like a 19.6 should be a 180 pole.

You can't compare the flex numbers between different lengths of spans.

I know, just seems weird to me... I know that you can't compare between brands either, but we have a pacer 15'6" that is a 20.0, that is a 165...
However I have seen a couple of UCS 15'7" poles that have really unexpecting flex numbers on them... does anyone have any ideas why?
