Last year saw a lot of big coaching changes. What changes are in store for next year?

Gilroy follows Sevin
Brendon Gilroy, an assistant coach for the past year and a graduate of and former athlete at McNeese State, has been named the university’s head track and field coach.
He succeeds Ty Sevin who resigned to become pole vault coach for the U.S. Olympic team.
Gilroy had also served the university as head cross country coach the past year.

I am not sure who they got but I know they are getting away from the vault. I was suppose to have an interview with Brendon on Tuesday but got an email that he had hire someone. He said they were trying to go more sprinter oriented. All I know is I feel sorry for Jimmie Heath. An 18 foot vaulter with no coach!

UM elevates Bork to full-time assistant
By the Missoulian
University of Montana track and field coach Tom Raunig announced recently that Adam Bork, a two-time All-America decathlete for the Grizzlies, has been elevated to a full-time assistant coach.
Bork assumes the full-time job that he and former assistant Brian Schweyen had been splitting the last two years.
Schweyen, who spent 10 seasons on Raunig's staff, resigned his part-time coaching position recently to pursue a full-time art career. Schweyen coached a handful of All-Americans and dozens of Big Sky Conference individual champions during his successful tenure. In 2007 he guided Ryan Grinnell to high jump and triple jump titles at both the Big Sky indoor and outdoor championships and Robb Hollenbeck to a long jump title at the outdoor meet.
Bork's areas of focus will be the multi-events, high jump, long jump, triple jump and pole vault.
“I'm excited for the chance to take on the full-time position,â€Â

"You have some interesting coaching theories that seem to have little potential."
