Akron Vaulters dominate MAC 5.45 and 4.27!

John Russell jumped 5.45 meters which for all you metric challenged people is around 17'10.5" and Kira Sims jumped 4.27 (14'). It was a good weekend for the Akron vaulters, and this may be the most dominating pole vault couple in the world! Great job John and Kira! How did the conferences go for everyone else???

Couple as in they're dating?
Brad Walker has gone 19'0.25 and his girfriend Carly Dockendorf has gone 12'11.50, although not in the same meet.

I believe they are dating. At the meet I went to watch they are pretty friendly with each other. But maybe i shouldn't answer that for john, sorry.
