Peggy Ovalle of Guatemale broke her country's national record with a jump of 10-10.50 (I believe that is about 3.31m) today at Lindenwood.
Cheyenne Gentry won the meet with a PR of 11-1. Peggy got second. Molly Schwab PR'd with a jump of 10-7. Michelle Yonke PR'd with a jump of 10-1. I sucked really bad and jumped 10-1. My run got off and I did a nice job of crashing and burning 3 times
The guys mostly did well too. Stuart McIntosh PR'd with a jump of 16-1. Graham Danziger got a spandex PR and automatically qualified for nationals with a jump of 15-7. Mark Aschen had a season PR and provisional qualifier with a jump of 15-1. Dave Rabbitt and John Ryland both NH'd.
We were the only school with pole vaulters.
