Can Tommy get the college record?

So hes comming back next year. Can he get 19'8"?

Hes number 9 all time now. Came close to being number four. No doubt he can get it , but will he? I say yes.

i say yes too and i hope so but you never know whats gonna happen. lets just hope he stays healthy and strong, cuz we know hes got all the tools and skills to do it

He's only improved 4 cm in 3 years so we'll see...he definitely has the physical tools to do it...but so have a dozen other guys.

anyone who saw his jumps at NCAA will answer with

YES

he was booming bars. hes just got a couple things to figure out, and he will be ridiculous. he was using a 12.0 with the standards around 75-80

tried an 11.6, but got amped and his step came under. i think if he stays healthy he will take some serious looks at it

If he stays healthy and continues to improve technically, he is capable of jumping 6 meters in college. Will it happen is an entirely different story.

yes rainbow, you are right. he CAN, BUT will it happen...might not. is he going to any BIG meets this year (not ncaa but international)?

I wish, i watched the entire show on CBS and they never showed anything related to pole vault. The closest they got was teasing us with the picture of a vaulter piking over a bar in the BACKGROUND of switching to a field event like shot put or triple jump. Its dissapointing, where did you all see it, assuming you werent watching it in person?
