RICE UNIVERSITY SUMMER POLE VAULT CLINIC

We will have our first RICE UNIVERSITY POLE VAULT CAMP the evenings of June 4-7 at the Rice University Track. Cost is 160.00 per athlete and 50.00 per coach. Poles are provided if needed. All abilities and ages are invited. Sessions include Film Study, Rope & High Bar Exercises, Straight Pole Work, Sprint Mechanics, Approach & Midpoint, Pole Drop & Carry, and over 100 drills specific for the Vault.
