Well i finally got it all finished up

the video includes most of my jumps, and some video of a pair of russians and an english vaulter. its kind of big so right click and save... tried to make it smaller but all of my compressors such and it looked like garbage.
also i made this in a bit of a hurry so there are a couple small timing errors..

Still overstriding through the last six steps. You must tighten those up and get taller if you want to plant like th Russians.

yeah... in fact you can see steve rippon telling me the same thing after my 5.12 jump... when i got back i started working on your one two three plant two three drill, and some 20 in 20s. a large part of my turnover issues i still think just have to do with my knee being hurt. now that ive had my surgery, hopefully the problem will be resolved, and in a few weeks when i get healthy and can start running again. im really gonna hammer the 20 in 20s..
