I have been attempting to post videos online of these two at practice and of their meets for family and friends.
I wanted to give others the opportunity to check out the channel as well if you want. As the season goes on I will try to post more things from training as well.
Both of these athletes are highly committed to excel in the future and both train and work extremely hard every day in not only vault sessions but in training as well.
As stated on the channel we are not looking for more coaches. If you have a suggestion you can post a comment and I will take a look at it and respond if warranted. I will only accept comments that are encouraging
My staff is full atm! As with any vaulter and coach what we see in practice does not always make it to meet day. What we do from short approach does not always match our fulls. I hope this will give an inside look at their development and progression. Some jumps are good and some are bad, but thats the life of a vaulter.
