This is a really good article.

I noticed that Toby's celebrations were a lot more laid back than normal. I think that's a shame :(

If the US 4x100 hadn't been such idiots in Sydney maybe it wouldn't be such a big deal.

#1 sprinters are a different breed than vaulters...waving the flag around, collecting as manny as you can, and wearing then around ur waist is not that big of a deal. i like celbrations like Mo Greene's finish line antics with with the fire extinguisher, who is he hurting, for sure he is helpin the Home Depot Invite sell more tickets. as long as u have a reason to celebrate do the worm after after clearance, get a clap for every approach (if you want)...most importantly you should be able to enjoy you success

There are 7 other guys/gals that finished behind you..................your "celebration" is the trash talking of our sport. While I am not against a little emotion/celebration some of what the sprinters due is outright taunghting and is embarassing to us as a nation..........Its all about the setting, if your at a home meet and get a little spunky who cares, but when your at the NCAA's..............there is a time and place for eveything knowing the difference is important.
