I know there are some pro vaulters in here and i know that there are alot of good coaches 2. So i was just wondering what sort of training that all of the pro or "elite" vaulters do to get in shape for the season and even during the season. I want to know like what sort of crazy training they do to get in shape to jump 19"!!! :D

Dean Starkey used to have his workouts posted on vaultstuff.com. They've moved everything over to trackcityusa.com and I am not sure if the workouts are still online.

Sky Jumpers has a little stuff up on their website http://www.skyjumpers.com/pages/training.htm

Actually, I wasn't being sarcastic at all. I honestly believe everyone on this board, with minimal training, can jump 19".
