I'm looking for a camp to attend this summer, but all the ones Ive seen have been very laid back--lots of down time, few vault sessions, lots on non-vault related activity. I've attended several camps for other sports that have been very intense with lots of practice time and very little down time but I can't seem to find one for pole vault.

What would you reccomend for a 10'-12' vaulter? I live in Virginia but anywhere along the east coast would be fine.

of actual vaulting. There will be limited time spent on specific
drills that you can do own your own, however the VAST majority
of the Camp will be spent vaulting!
