AUGUST 13TH 2005 POLE VAULT CAMP

On Saturday August 13th 2005 Vault High Athletics will be hosting a pole vault camp for all vaulters young and old male or female. Please sign up ASAP. We will be working on the run plant swing and teaching vaulters how to get upside down!!!! The facility is a board runway with mondo and an OLympic size pit.
