Marsh, Hilgart close prep careers at state

LA CROSSE -- Seniors Rachel Marsh and Nate Hilgart of the Park Falls High School track and field teams capped their prep careers at the WIAA State Track and Field Meet in La Crosse this past weekend.
Marsh made her third straight trip to the state meet in the pole vault and tied for ninth with a vault of 9-0.
Hilgart ran 16th in the 100-meter dash and freshman Jay Plemon placed 15th in the pole vault.
“It just wasn’t my day. I don’t really know what happened; I had my worst meet at the worst time,â€Â
