The web site is www.pvscb.com
It was designed by myself and my staff for the purpose of teaching beginning coaches and vaulters how to vault in a safe and effient manner.
The entire course is on line.
The cost is $19.95

You might also consider looking at my video: sky systems 4 which is aimed directly at beginners.
