new to vaulting and to the forum

hey everyone!

I'm new to vaulting - i've been a gymnast for about 4 years and i just want to learn a little about vaulting ... a friend said that this was the place to go - so i just wanted to say hey ... and if anyone has any tips for me i would love it :yes:

Hey!

I'm kinda new to vaulting too, I've only vaulted a 2 meets, but it's lot of fun, I can't say much because I don't know much! Just wanted to say Hi! What part of FL do u live in? Southwest FL here! :)

welcome to the site adn to vaulting... its sooo fun... and good lluck with it.. and one tip is to be patient and not to give up rigth away if u cant do soemthing right away.. it takes time i think

You may be one of the fortunate few who have a good high school coach. If you do not have a knowledgable coach, and you are serious about getting good, my best advice is to find a good coach to work with. What part of Florida are you in? Have you spoke to Bobby Haeck, I think he is in central Florida. He is a member of this board and a great coach. Contact him at:
