whats funny is i have been doing stuff like that for years, i rarely enjoy sitting still and just watching tv, i like do be active while i watch. I will often do yoga poses or just basic stretches when i get bored and every night before i go to bed. You know your taller in the morning because your joints have stretched out while you were sleeping after that whole day of gravity and just every day things compresses you. Stretching lightly during the day and before bed helps with lower back pain from compression.
