Gymnastic training

Heres the deal. Im taking 6 weeks off from intensive running this summer to recover from shin splints and rebuild my ankles, concentrate on lifting, and might as well do some gymnastic's training while im at it.

I have some gymnastic talent, I took it for a few years when i was little, was a diver on the swim team, snowboarded competitively, etc.

If i go to a personal gymnastics instructor, what specific gymnastic exercises can i do that are designed to help pole vaulters? I'm planning on building general gymnastic ability on the high bar, rings, and floor. I am just wondering the specifics for vaulting that i can ask for help with, so im not just guessing by what Isi does. Thanks!

Some things that benefit a vaulter are some of the following:

High bar:

Hanging "Bubkas" (I know he didn't do them... thats what we call em)
Free-hip to Handstand
Tap Swings
Back Uprise
Giants

Rings:

Tap Swings
Back Roll-Ups
Plank Swings (Thats what we call em)

General:

Handstands
Flips
Trampoline Drills

I talked to Tim Mack about this at one point and he stressed posture when doing gymnastics... if you can't put your body in a position in the gym, you sure won't do it in the vault.
