getting back into it

Ok, my problem is that I have lost the drive to vault as much as I used to, here is my problem.
So I had a really great season at the beggining of the year, I broke the school record, jumped 3 pr's, and was doing really great. Then things started getting worse as the season went on, I injured my wrist, and it hurt every time I jumped, I took a week off (in hopes that it would heal...it didn't) then I jumped at several meets where the pits were completely illegal, I still made bars, but really low, 2 feet below my pr. I finally got to jump at legal pits, and i couldn't jump well at all. Regionals rolled around, I was sure i was going to make it to state and be in the top 3 14' was my currrent pr, and i was technically better than everyone at regionals, but I still couldn't jump good, I ended up jumping 12'6 in perfect conditions. This made me really upset, and I lost a little interest in pv. I have tried jumping after that, but I now have no confidence, and can barely turn over my smallest pole, so I stopped vaulting all together. What is the best thing to do, I love pv, and I can't just give it up. Any suggestions on what I should be doing to help me overcome whatever is wrong.
