Tamminga is a great gymnast, and it shows in his vault! Lots of interesting, unusual pieces of equipment that he uses in the gym ... all great PV drills!

Note to meeisgood: If your highbar is too low, you can still use it for leg lifts, like the first drill you see here.
I like the excercise ball on the wall ... that's a great drill!

I hadn't seen the one where he bounces off a bungee into a handstand ... nice!
Even the very simple drill of rolling on your back on the mat into a spotted handstand ... and then falling back on the mat (as if you're flying over the bar) ... has great applicability to the PV!
I like the way he teaches the rope drills. Right on! But on the rope climbs, I'd suggest doing them upside down ... better applicability to PV, IMO.
The only one I didn't get is where the vaulter must follow his fingertips around, as they face each other.
