If your blister gets really painful, you can always make a small opening with a needle and drain it. This sometimes helps with the pressure that it causes and eliminates the possibility of it ripping open. Wait a few days if you want to remove the skin on top of the blister. Allowing the new skin underneath to not be so raw before total exposure makes it less painful.

do what bvpv said, drain the blister. if u don't drain the blister, new skin can't grow and than it can stay for up to a week or more.

can it dry out?.. like b4 i could squeeze all the blood to one part of it, but now it just stays.. is it too late to pop it now and get it out?

Just leave it alone. It sounds like it is healing fine on it's own.

if it stays the way it is, then its prolly healing.
