I vaulted yesterday for the first time after 4 months of not doing anything related to PV, and I have a few sore places....I was wondering if anybody could tell me if any of these indicate poor (or good) technique in any areas:
left hamstring, right lower front ribcage area, lower half of right bicep, outside of my left shoulder, and the right side and front of my neck
Thanks!

i jump off my left leg

...I'm assuming the sore bicep is from pulling on the pole :o
That's the only one i can figure out

Height: 5'6.5''
Weight: 140
Length and weight rating of pole you used: 12' 130
How high you are gripping on that pole: ~6 in. from the top

I would just think that you're sore because it's the first time you've jumped in 4 mos...especially if you haven't been using those muscles in ANY PV specific ways for a while.

Having said that, any time the right side of my body is sore it's usually because I was under.
